Job DescriptionRestaurantZone is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a renowned Italian concept in New Hyde Park, NY. This person will be hands-on, present on the floor, and incentivize customer service to its highest standard. The ideal candidate will have proven full-service restaurant leadership experience, preferably in fine dining, and a strong background in kitchen operations, inventory management, and P&L management. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for maintaining high retention rates among employees and promoting an ownership mentality.
