Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Bridgestone America, Inc. This role will play a vital part in managing and administering our OTR Mobility Solutions, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers, tracking cross-departmental issues and facilitating closure through coordination of resources.
  • Assist customers in expanding their usage and adoption of OTR Mobility Solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic customer success plans in partnership with assigned accounts.
  • Drive customer engagement for all OTR Mobility Solutions.
  • Develop relationships at all levels of a customer organization.
  • Closely monitor account status and identify areas of concern.
  • Provide updates and guidance to the executive team as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer account management or project management.
  • Previous experience with Fleet Management or Telematics Solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Effective escalation management skills.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with CRM Tools and Microsoft Office.
