Key Responsibilities:- Act as a single point of contact for customers, tracking cross-departmental issues and facilitating closure through coordination of resources.
- Assist customers in expanding their usage and adoption of OTR Mobility Solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic customer success plans in partnership with assigned accounts.
- Drive customer engagement for all OTR Mobility Solutions.
- Develop relationships at all levels of a customer organization.
- Closely monitor account status and identify areas of concern.
- Provide updates and guidance to the executive team as required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer account management or project management.
- Previous experience with Fleet Management or Telematics Solutions.
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- Effective escalation management skills.
- Excellent analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Experience with CRM Tools and Microsoft Office.
