Guest Services Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and charismatic Guest Services Coordinator to provide exceptional first impressions for our guests at Wentworth By the Sea. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an organization that values its team members as its most important resource.
In this role, you will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, making them feel welcome, and ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and poise. You will also administer check-ins and check-outs, provide front desk services, and coordinate with bell service and staff management.
This position requires previous customer service experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication, time management and organizational skills, conflict resolution experience, and patience and good listening skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome
- Recognize repeat, VIP status, and/or loyalty
- Administer check-ins and check-outs
- Provide front desk services to guests
- Assign rooms and take care of administrative duties
- Deliver mail and messages
- Process guest payments
- Coordinate with bell service and staff management
- Be a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice
- Accommodate general and unique requests
- Diffuse conflict or tense situations with guests
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, plus health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k), short-term disability, free associate parking, and a free meal for every shift worked.
