About the Role

The Patient Access Representative plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless registration and scheduling process for our patients at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing patient records, verifying insurance information, and communicating with patients and other departments to facilitate efficient scheduling and registration.

  • Provide accurate and timely updates to patient records.">">
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure effective and accurate patient scheduling, registration, billing, and financial success.">">

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 6 months of experience working in a customer service setting or equivalent education. Previous experience in a healthcare environment is preferred. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range

">

The estimated salary range for this position is $42,500 - $52,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
