Skilled Painter and Team Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painting Crew Leader to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our interior and exterior painting projects, leading a crew of painters, and delivering exceptional results to our customers.
ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the completion of projects according to work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring an extraordinary experience for our customers and painting staff
- Representing the CertaPro Painters brand with pride on the job site
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of painting experience verifiable through references
- Familiarity with painting tools and equipment
- The ability to handle physical workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for getting the job done right
This is a competitive opportunity with a salary range of $1,000.00 - $10,000.00 per week. You will also have access to benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.
