Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is approximately $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and certification. We offer an extensive benefits plan, including a sign-on bonus, to support your financial security and well-being.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Veterinary Care Specialist to join our busy surgery department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for all aspects of surgical nursing, including diagnostics, anesthesia administration and monitoring, treatments, admitting and discharging patients, surgical assisting, post-op care and recovery, and more.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a veterinary technician license or certification, preferably with experience in anesthesia and surgery. A strong understanding of soft tissue, orthopedic, laparoscopic, and neurosurgery procedures is essential.
