As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as excellent customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in US Payroll, with the ability to work in a team environment, possess high school degree or equivalent, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and MS Teams. Familiarity with Canada Payroll is beneficial. You will also be required to audit, validate, and reconcile data for accuracy, partner closely with HR and non-HR stakeholders, and prepare and present reports as needed.
