Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; AS degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
  • High-level knowledge of machinery and production systems
  • Blow or Injection Mold experience a plus
  • Strong drive for continuous improvement
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Proficiency in computer skills
