As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative at Sloan Insurance Services, you will be integrated into a team that prioritizes positivity, teamwork, and a client-focused approach. This role provides an excellent opportunity to leverage your Spanish-speaking skills, alongside your local insights and connections, while benefiting from constructive support and feedback in our collaborative environment. With our attractive commission structure, representatives can earn $15 per hour and potentially achieve annual earnings between $60,000 - $70,000 through new policy sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize exceptional relationship-building skills to foster trust with clients and ensure retention and loyalty to our products.
  • Present and clarify insurance policy options tailored to client needs and personal objectives.
  • Advise clients on appropriate insurance solutions based on their requirements and goals, ensuring effective sales closure.
  • Generate prospects for new business through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  • Meet phone time or sales quotas set by management and enhance sales revenue using phone, email, and client lists.
  • Implement strategies to re-engage with previous clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.

Qualifications
  • A Property and Casualty License is Preferred.
  • Previous experience in real estate, lending, or proven success in sales roles is required.
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative setting.
  • Set and pursue performance goals to meet or exceed targets, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and verbal forms, providing clear and informative responses to clients and team members.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all interactions to cultivate a positive work atmosphere and ensure effective communication.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred to effectively serve a diverse clientele, ensuring all clients receive high-quality service in their preferred language.
