Key Responsibilities:- Maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
- Develop and maintain effective communication and time management skills to interact with coworkers, community partners, and the public.
- Operate common office equipment and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Prioritize multiple tasks, coordinate scheduling, and manage various office needs.
- An Associate Degree in Office Management/Administration or a related field is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of relevant experience will be considered.
- Knowledge of child support collection operations is desirable.
- A valid driver's license meeting agency standards and consistent, reliable transportation are required.
- The applicant must pass a background check.
