Position Overview:

We are seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to spearhead the design and development of Salesforce applications for our evolving customer relationship management (CRM) platform. In this role, you will be tasked with crafting and implementing strategic solutions tailored for the Salesforce ecosystem. Your responsibilities will encompass defining project goals, evaluating implementation strategies, creating custom workflows, and troubleshooting issues.

The ideal candidate will be actively involved in the entire development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to demonstrating solutions during user acceptance testing (UAT). Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business and IT teams to establish project timelines
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads
  • Enhance and upgrade existing Salesforce systems and functionalities
  • Develop new features from inception within the Salesforce platform
  • Implement and upgrade components using the Lightning Design System
  • Conduct maintenance activities and prepare new releases within the Salesforce system
  • Facilitate data transfers between Salesforce and external databases
  • Stay informed on the latest Salesforce technologies and advancements
  • Research and assess the applicability of emerging technologies
  • Utilize Salesforce best practices and leverage platform functionalities
  • Communicate technical solutions effectively to business leaders
  • Articulate ideas clearly through code, documentation, presentations, and collaborative sessions

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Admin and Platform 1 Certifications are required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in creating Flow automations
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing custom Apex Classes and Apex Triggers
  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design
  • Experience in developing Lightning Components within the Salesforce Lightning Design System and custom Lightning Components using JavaScript
  • Proficient in debugging and resolving automation issues
  • Expertise in SOQL
  • Experience in developing Visualforce pages and components
  • Experience in creating Custom Report Types and developing custom Reports and Dashboards
  • Experience with API callouts and integrating third-party applications
  • Skilled in creating formulas and validation rules
