Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to spearhead the design and development of Salesforce applications for our advancing CRM platform. In this role, you will be tasked with creating and implementing strategic solutions tailored to the Salesforce ecosystem. Your responsibilities will encompass defining project goals, evaluating implementation strategies, crafting custom workflows, and resolving technical issues. The ideal candidate will engage in the entire development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to demonstrating solutions during user acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business and IT teams to establish project timelines
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively
  • Enhance and upgrade existing Salesforce systems and functionalities
  • Develop new features from inception within the Salesforce platform
  • Implement and improve functionalities using Lightning Design System and Lightning Components
  • Conduct maintenance and prepare new releases for the Salesforce system
  • Facilitate data transfers between Salesforce and external databases
  • Stay informed about the latest Salesforce technologies and advancements
  • Research and assess the applicability of emerging technologies
  • Utilize Salesforce best practices and leverage platform functionalities
  • Communicate technical solutions effectively to business leaders
  • Articulate ideas clearly through code, documentation, presentations, and demonstrations

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Admin and Platform 1 Certifications are mandatory
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in creating Flow automations
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing custom Apex Classes and Apex Triggers
  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design
  • Experience in developing Lightning Components, both within the Salesforce Lightning Design System and through custom JavaScript components
  • Proficient in debugging and resolving automation issues
  • Expertise in SOQL
  • Experience in developing Visualforce pages, components, and custom controllers
  • Skilled in creating Custom Report Types and developing custom Reports and Dashboards
  • Experience with API callouts and integrating third-party applications
  • Proficient in creating formulas and validation rules
