Position Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to spearhead the design and development of Salesforce applications tailored for our evolving CRM platform. In this role, you will be tasked with creating and implementing strategic solutions for the Salesforce environment. Key responsibilities include defining project goals, evaluating implementation strategies, developing custom workflows, and troubleshooting issues. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in the entire development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to demonstrating solutions during user acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business and IT teams to establish project timelines
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively
  • Enhance and upgrade existing Salesforce systems and functionalities
  • Develop new features from inception within the Salesforce platform
  • Implement and upgrade functionalities using Lightning Design System and Lightning Components
  • Conduct maintenance activities and prepare new releases for the Salesforce system
  • Facilitate data transfers between Salesforce and external databases
  • Stay informed on the latest Salesforce technologies and advancements
  • Research and assess the applicability of emerging technologies
  • Utilize Salesforce best practices and maximize platform functionalities
  • Articulate the advantages and disadvantages of technical solutions to business leaders
  • Effectively communicate ideas through code, documentation, presentations, and collaborative sessions

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Admin and Platform 1 Certifications are mandatory
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in creating Flow automations
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing custom Apex Classes and Apex Triggers
  • 2+ years of UI/UX design experience
  • Experience in developing Lightning Components within the Salesforce Lightning Design System and custom Lightning Components using JavaScript in the Aura framework
  • Proficient in debugging and resolving automation issues
  • Expertise in SOQL
  • Experience in developing Visualforce pages, components, and Controllers
  • Experience in creating Custom Report Types and developing tailored Reports and Dashboards
  • Experience with API callouts and integrating third-party applications
  • Skilled in creating formulas and validation rules
