Express Healthcare Professionals is in search of dedicated and reliable caregivers to deliver exceptional support to our clients. The caregiver will develop and adhere to a personalized care schedule, adjust care strategies as recommended by healthcare providers, and communicate any changes in the client's condition or requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, which may encompass bathroom assistance, bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support.
  • Implementing a prescribed health regimen, which may involve aiding with physical activities and administering medications.
  • Ensuring the client's living environment is arranged to meet their needs and that safety protocols are established. Light housekeeping may also be part of the role.
  • Offering emotional support and motivation to help clients complete necessary tasks.
  • Providing mobility assistance, which may include helping clients transition in and out of beds, chairs, or wheelchairs.
  • Accompanying clients to medical appointments and other necessary outings.
  • Monitoring and documenting any changes in health, behavior, and overall needs.
