Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Technician to join our team. This role involves providing direct care and clinical services to in-patient psychiatric patients on an individual basis, including daily living, social, and psychiatric rehabilitation as directed by the Registered Nurse (RN).

Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with patients to ensure their access to required services
- Inform RN of any patient changes or concerns
- Participate in rounds and group therapy as needed

Requirements
- 2 years of recent experience as a Psychiatric Technician or similar role
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Associate's degree in Psychology or Sociology required
