Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Psychiatric Care Associate to join our team at the University of Rochester. This individual will provide essential support to our nursing staff, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of psychiatric treatment plans for groups of patients.
- Coordinate healthcare services across the continuum, utilizing multidisciplinary approaches to complete patient assessments.
- Participate in various therapeutic activities, such as reality orientation and modeling.

Essential Qualifications:
- AAS degree in Psychology or Sociology, or related field, and 2-3 years recent Psychiatric Technician experience.
- Or Bachelor's degree in related field, or minimum two years of RN Nursing School; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary Range:
$18.00 - $23.81 per hour,
This salary range reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, taking into account factors like market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise, and internal equity considerations.
