Psychiatric Nursing Care Coordinator

**Salary Range:** $18.00 - $23.81 per hour
About the Position
This role involves working directly with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support. As a skilled Psychiatric Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of treatment plans, facilitating group interventions, and participating in ongoing staff development activities. **Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans, including group interventions.
* Coordinate care and support with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Participate in planning conferences, revising, and modifying treatment plans as needed.
* Participate in ongoing staff development programs, workshops, and seminars.
* Contribute to unit-based research and quality improvement efforts.
**Requirements:**
An Associate's Degree and one year of experience in a human services field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Schedule: D/E/N; WKNDS/HOLS.
