Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of psychiatric treatment plans and group interventions for assigned patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to deliver quality services and participate in ongoing staff development programs.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Participate in unit-based research and quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and staff performance.

Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Human Services or related field and one year of experience in a human services setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically, with flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and therapeutic approaches.
