Nutritional Care Specialist Needed: Southern NH Health seeks a registered dietitian to deliver high-quality patient care through effective nutritional planning and education. Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' nutritional needs and develop targeted meal plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust meal plans accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and meal plans.
