About the Role

As a Clinical Nutrition Specialist with SolutionHealth, you will be affiliated with Southern New Hampshire Medical Center and Foundation Medical Partners, the second largest multi-specialty group in New Hampshire. By teaching valuable skills such as meal planning, exercise, and medication management, we help individuals prevent health complications associated with diabetes. Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nutritional guidance to patients through thorough medical record reviews, clinical assessments, diet education, and effective communication with nursing, physician, and ancillary staff.
  • Determine the suitability of nutritional support and supplementation for patients.
  • Develop comprehensive plans of care, including individualized or group instruction.
  • Deliver high-quality Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) services to patients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics, with training in all age groups.
  • Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred, with one to three years of experience ideal.

Salary Estimate

The estimated annual salary for this position falls between $60,000-$80,000, contingent upon qualifications and location.
