$90,000 - $220,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Signal Processing and Sensor Innovations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Deriving requirements and performing trade studies for sophisticated sensor systems.
  • Developing, implementing, testing, and verifying high-fidelity simulations of sensors and environments.
  • Researching concepts and developing simulations and algorithms related to signal propagation, detection, and air and space-borne sensor systems.
  • Collaborating with sponsors and contractors to solve complex problems in air and missile defense.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in signal processing algorithm development.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages: MATLAB, C++, or Python.
  • Demonstrated experience in sponsor and contractor interactions, including communication of sponsor requirements and requests to a team.
  • Ability to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by your start date and ultimately obtain a Top Secret level clearance.
