About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge sensor data processing systems. As a key member of our team, you will work on developing innovative concepts and algorithms that solve complex challenges in networked sensor systems.

Job Description
  • Design and develop novel sensor data processing algorithms and techniques to address false alarms and sensor artifacts
  • Integrate sensors and develop automated sensor data processing and conditioning algorithms
  • Associate sensor and characterization data for fusion with dissimilar data into a composite track
  • Prototype concepts and algorithms for processing and integrating next-generation sensor measurement and target characterization systems

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of experts to perform analytics on complex sensor data to design novel techniques and criteria
  • Conduct tracking system design trade studies to identify performance improvements through integration of new candidate sensors or processing algorithms
  • Develop and implement statistical or adaptive signal processing techniques to enhance sensor data processing

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing sensor data processing, sensor data association, or target tracking algorithms and concepts
  • Theoretical background in statistical or adaptive signal processing
  • Proficient analytical and applied mathematical skills
  • Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or similar programming languages
