About the Role

Boston Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our cancer research team, you will be responsible for conducting clinical trials, coordinating patient care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to advance cancer research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist principal investigators with protocol development and review
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop protocol-specific materials
  • Recruit and register patients for clinical trials, coordinating with Clinical Research Coordinators
  • Coordinate patient scheduling, laboratory and radiographic assessments, and clinic visits
  • Monitor test results and collaborate with staff to complete clinical research trials
Requirements
  • Baccalaureate degree in nursing required; baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred
  • Licensed as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Certification in Oncology Nursing preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of oncology nursing experience; research experience preferred
