Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance on blow molding and injection molding manufacturing equipment to ensure seamless and optimal operations.
- Implement and continuously refine preventative maintenance protocols.
- Engage in changeovers, ensuring efficient and accurate execution.
- Repair and refurbish spare components.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, quality benchmarks, and operational procedures.
- Expand your knowledge through formal training and hands-on experiences, including new equipment installations and modifications.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work 1st shift and overtime as required.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- At least three (3) years of experience in maintaining manufacturing machinery.
- Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, with the capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Proficient in interpreting technical documents, including manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Capability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet, with or without reasonable accommodation.
