As a Service Excellence Lead, you will lead our Customer Service Team to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer satisfaction and efficient, high-quality service. You will collaborate to develop strategies focused on improving service quality, streamlining operations, and creating scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Customer Service Team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and efficient service
  • Develop strategies to improve service quality, streamline operations, and create scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align sales and delivery goals
  • Provide expertise in enhancing service levels and implementing account management best practices

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to identify, report, and analyze KPIs from Oracle and/or CRM applications

The estimated salary for this role is $123,000 - $140,000 per year.
