About the Role

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. As a Clinical Pharmacy Lead - Pipeline, you will play a crucial role in monitoring the drug development pipeline and working closely with key stakeholders to predict, inform, and forecast the impact of pharmaceutical trends on our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze emerging therapies, clinical trials, and pharmaceutical trends to inform forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business and clinical partners to ensure a forward-looking perspective on pharmaceutical trends and spend.
  • Translate clinical opinions into financial impact on the business through our modeling process and track post-modeling impacts.
  • Develop corporate communications to share with senior leadership, exercising independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in managed care pharmacy, with prior forecasting experience.
  • Active Pharmacist license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state.
  • Successful track record in facilitating and consulting across teams and managing projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) certification.
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Project.
