What You'll Do:

+ Serve as a key communicator between pharmacy management and staff pharmacists, fostering an atmosphere of transparent and consistent dialogue across all shifts and locations.

+ Engage in weekly meetings with pharmacy leaders to address various pharmacy-related topics, including workflow assessment, regulatory adherence, quality enhancement, and system improvements.

+ Support pharmacy management in the development, oversight, and mentorship of staff pharmacists, contributing to the creation of a high-performing team. Provide ongoing training and guidance as necessary.

+ Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to establish and uphold clear, measurable expectations for the pharmacist team.

+ Actively seek feedback from the pharmacist workforce following process modifications. Organize small focus group discussions as needed and communicate insights to the Pharmacy In-Charge (PIC) and Pharmacy Operations Manager (POM).

+ Evaluate team performance to enhance workflow and productivity, offering regular feedback to management.

+ Identify areas for training improvement and partner with pharmacy leadership to implement continuous development plans for pharmacists.

+ Maintain regular communication with the PIC and POM regarding team performance metrics.

+ Foster interdepartmental collaboration.

+ Coordinate and adjust weekly schedules for your team across various sites based on current business requirements.

+ Adhere to operational standards, including performance metrics, safety protocols, and compliance regulations.

+ Execute all responsibilities of a staff pharmacist.

What You'll Need:

+ A valid pharmacist license in Kentucky.

+ Willingness to obtain any additional required licenses.

+ Excellent customer service skills and meticulous attention to detail.

+ Proven ability to lead a team in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

+ Flexibility to work various schedules, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
