The Clinical Pharmacy Lead - Pipeline Strategist plays a pivotal role in monitoring the pharmaceutical development pipeline, collaborating with key stakeholders to predict, inform, and forecast the impact of emerging therapies. This position requires a forward-thinking individual who can analyze news, clinical trials, and market trends to create an informed opinion on pipeline impacts. The successful candidate will translate this clinical expertise into financial insights, utilizing our proprietary modeling process to track and analyze the effects of pipeline developments on our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze the pharmaceutical development pipeline to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with business and clinical partners to develop forward-looking perspectives on pharmaceutical trends and spend
  • Develop and maintain expertise in emerging therapies, including analysis of news, clinical trials, and market trends
  • Translate clinical expertise into financial insights, utilizing our proprietary modeling process
  • Track and analyze the effects of pipeline developments on our business
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in managed care pharmacy, with a focus on forecasting and analysis
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical pipeline management or a related field
  • Active Pharmacist license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) certification
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Project
