Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Retail Operations Manager, you will hold significant accountability for all aspects of retail store operations. Your role will involve guiding the daily activities of the entire store team while effectively communicating and executing the company's vision.   • Cultivating, training, and mentoring your sales team to enhance performance.
  • Delivering continuous sales training and support to help your team surpass sales, retention, quality, and service targets.
  • Collaborating on sales strategy development to ensure our offerings are prominently displayed in the store.
  • Creating and implementing effective sales tools and initiatives.
  • Overseeing store performance through retail inventory compliance.
  • Participating in business operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing sales data.

Required Skills:
