Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our world-class team. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for selling pre-owned vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Meet with customers to understand their vehicle needs, provide recommendations, and facilitate test drives.
  • Vehicle Maintenance and Presentation: Ensure the sales floor is well-maintained, and vehicles are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and communicate effectively to build trust and drive sales.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized service to drive repeat business.
  • Performance and Productivity: Meet or exceed sales targets, maintain a high level of productivity, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales experience in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in computer technology, valid driver's license, clean driving record, good organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • Language: Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently (not required).
