Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain high standards for food quality and presentation.
2. Communicate company guidelines and standards effectively to team members.
3. Ensure the kitchen team is equipped with the necessary tools and supplies.
4. Contribute to revenue growth through strategic product selection, execution, pricing, and innovative development.
5. Meet purchasing, scheduling, and culinary standards.
6. Achieve all assigned cost objectives.
7. Foster a collaborative work environment that maximizes productivity and team morale.
8. Support other locations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a culinary leadership role.
- Culinary degree preferred.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Strong understanding of financial principles.
- Passionate about hospitality, food, and retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
