Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Culinary Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Levy. This role will be responsible for overseeing training and retention initiatives, managing time-off requests, and scheduling staff for all dates and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Culinary management team to ensure proper staffing levels for all events.
  • Manage time-off requests, schedule availability, and special scheduling requests from team members.
  • Oversee training and retention initiatives to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Update Declining Balance with event and training labor dollars each day.
  • Monitor MyStaff staffing program for missed punches and potential timecard discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks calmly and professionally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to adapt and learn new technology/programs.
