- Education: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate engineering discipline, or Master's degree in an engineering discipline with relevant experience.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or a related field, or 3 years with a Master's degree.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of engineering principles and practices, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Competitive Compensation: The estimated annual pay range for this role is $98,000-$137,000, reflecting base salary only.
