Key Responsibilities
  • Participate as a team member to perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and assist in the identification and implementation of corrective actions or technologies.
  • Consider cost impact for recommended action plans for correcting downtime issues on installed equipment.
  • Ensure continuous production is uninterrupted by equipment failures.
  • Report on Key Performance Indices.
  • Analyze current CMMS data for equipment health indicators and prepare reports.
  • Perform onsite evaluation of existing processes and equipment and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Serve as Project Manager or Technical Advisor on small-to-medium site Engineering projects, which may include the development of new or modification to existing systems and processes.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering discipline.
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of Mechanical Engineering.
  • Able to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
  • Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management experience.
  • Experience in supervising contractors.
What We Offer

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $76,000-$104,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits, or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
