Your responsibilities

This position is for an embedded technician.

We are seeking a proficient journeyman mechanic with experience in HVAC comfort cooling, as well as air-cooled and water-cooled systems within the industrial sector. We offer factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA), along with recognition, financial incentives, and opportunities for advancement. Our focus is on employee safety, and we provide tools, mobile devices, uniforms, and a company vehicle to ensure you can perform your duties and serve our clients to the highest standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be a member of or willing to join the local United Pipefitters Association (UA Local 211).
  • Journeyman status is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with strong HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Passing a knowledge examination may be required to evaluate competencies.
  • TWIC card and HASC card are mandatory.
  • Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, digital, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and apply knowledge on the job.
  • Prioritize safety in all aspects.
  • Universal EPA refrigerants license, relevant state or local licensing, and a valid driver’s license are required.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation schedule.
