Disaster Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Disaster Recovery Specialist to join our team at Paul Davis Emergency Services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restoration and reconstruction, with experience in mitigating flood and fire damage. They will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working closely with insurance providers and commercial properties throughout the United States and Canada.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be able to lift 50 LBS and possess a valid driver's license with a clean record.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- High level performance of water mitigation, board up, mold remediation, and related services according to Paul Davis specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
- Focusing on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and equipment.
- Being accessible by phone and participating in the on-call schedule as needed.
- Assisting with warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
