Key Responsibilities:

Acknowledge and welcome incoming guests
Input orders at the counter
Take payment for To Go / Pick Up orders
Retrieve food for To Go / Pick Up guests
Communicate with kitchen about the status of paid orders
Keep track of "Paid Waiting" and "Paid To Go" guests
Double check all items before giving an order to a guest
Ensure that guests who are picking up food have everything they need
Thank and welcome back all guests
Direct guests to other parts of the restaurant
Maintain the cash drawer

Phone Attendant Responsibilities:

Answer as many phone calls as possible
Stay within earshot of the phone at all times
Prioritize phone calls and politely place guests on hold if needed
Be courteous and use proper phone etiquette
Take orders quickly and accurately
Provide accurate promise times for Pick Up and Delivery orders
Answer common guest questions
Take messages for management

Requirements:

Must have a current food handler's card/certificate
Must be able to provide proof of employment eligibility
Must have open weekend night availability
