Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Waxing Specialist/Cerologist to join our team at Waxing The City-Tempe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional waxing services to our clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality waxing services to clients, including hair removal and skin care treatments.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest waxing techniques and products, attending training sessions and workshops as required.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the team, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
Requirements:
  • AZ State Licensure (Esthetics or Cosmetology)
  • Minimum of 1 year working waxing/spa/salon experience (outside of school)
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service/retail experience
  • Flexible Availability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
