Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tempe at Arizona Mills Mall. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests during the complimentary breakfast service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve breakfast items to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that the breakfast area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to provide excellent service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Support the beverage and food service areas as needed to ensure seamless operations.
  • Share knowledge of the hotel and its amenities with guests to enhance their stay.
Requirements
  • Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
  • Must be able to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have basic English verbal communication skills and the ability to obtain food handlers certification as required.
  • Must be physically able to perform the job duties with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge and able to convey information and ideas clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
