Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager with Demand Generation

Central Point Partners is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager with Demand Generation expertise to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and operationalizing integrated marketing campaign plans to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to support business growth
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, challenges, and opportunities
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation in digital marketing roles
  • Proven experience of successfully leading and managing a team of marketers
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, certificates, and experience in related disciplines
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing channels, including email, advertising, and content
  • Proven track record in programmatic campaign planning and execution
  • Strong analytical skills to inform and support critical decisions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
