Job Overview

Position Summary: Reporting to the Treasury Management Manager, the Treasury Management Officer plays a crucial role in assisting the Bank's clients with their Treasury Management requirements. This includes providing support for various services such as Online Banking, ACH Electric Wire Originations, Lockbox, Debit Card Orders, Bill Pay, New Account Openings, Cash Vault Services, Remote Deposit Services (RDS), and Credit Card solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in external client support interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the Bank's Treasury Management offerings.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required; a college degree is preferred.
  • 4-5 years of experience in general banking, specifically in Treasury Management Support, along with familiarity with banking core processing systems.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and multitasking skills are essential.
  • Strong understanding of financial institution policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exhibit a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with personnel at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, demonstrating strong microcomputer skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
