Job Title: Treasury Director

At Syntiant Corp., we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Treasury Director to lead our treasury and risk management functions. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth AI software and semiconductor solutions company and take our treasury operations to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong internal controls over treasury and risk management functions.
  • Manage debt contracts and debt covenant reporting and analysis.
  • Lead risk management function, including analysis and mitigation of foreign currency and interest rate risks.
  • Supervise treasury personnel worldwide.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA and/or MBA a plus.
  • At least 12 years of work experience in corporate finance/treasury function of a global company.
  • Strong technical knowledge of treasury operations and risk management.
  • Experience with compliance, cash management reporting, and internal controls.
