Job Summary

Avanath Capital Management is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing cash levels, coordinating cash requirements, and processing lender reserve draws.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and experience in residential real estate accounting concepts and principles. You will be responsible for monitoring daily bank balances, resolving overdrawn or low cash level accounts, and planning and forecasting cash needs.

Key Responsibilities
