Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at Focused HR Solutions. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, testing, and deploying customized Child Welfare solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise by coding and developing solutions using Salesforce technologies, such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce based on specific business needs, including creating and modifying objects, fields, workflows, and other platform features.
  • Integration and Interface: Interface with internal and external technical support personnel, investigate, research, and implement new technologies and interfaces, and work on integrating Salesforce with other systems.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing on developed solutions to identify and fix any issues, collaborate with quality assurance teams when applicable, and track and manage development activities and workflows in Jira Scrum boards and Kanban boards.
  • System Design and Documentation: Conduct reviews/Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with stakeholders, perform impact analysis of requirements on existing and proposed software applications and information systems, create system designs and utilize existing design patterns, and prepare all required effort documentation for review.
  • Project Planning and Troubleshooting: Prepare project plans that include resource requirement projections, troubleshoot code, software applications, and data issues, and address any issues or bugs that arise.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure security measures are followed as data stewards in support of all applications and the Federal, SCIO, DHHS, and DHHS IT privacy and security policies, and standards are always being enforced.
Requirements
  • Experience with Lightning Component Development: 7 years of experience in developing and maintaining Lightning components.
  • Apex Code and Apex Tests: 7 years of experience in developing and maintaining Apex code and Apex tests.
  • Visualforce Pages: 3 years of experience in developing and maintaining Visualforce pages.
  • Salesforce Integrations: 7 years of experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems.
  • Data Migrations: 3 years of experience in data migrations from legacy systems.
  • Copado and Copado Robotics Testing: Highly desired experience in Copado and Copado Robotics Testing.
