Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sponsor Success Manager to join our team at Market Enginuity. As a key member of our post-sales ad ops team, you will work closely with our market leader, sales team, and media planner to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales process and procedures to successfully execute client campaigns.
  • Ensure the execution of client campaigns and proactively communicate with the sales team regarding client on-air schedules, billing, and problem resolution.
  • Enter and revise orders in the traffic system.
  • Perform month-end reconciliation.
  • Assist the sales team with sales material creation and recaps.
Requirements
  • Aptitude for sales support or operational support role.
  • Love for customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Great attitude, flexibility, and creativity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and media partners.
  • Understanding of media sales or strong desire to learn about media sales.

This is a $24.00 an hour non-exempt role.
