A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients. You will manage a designated group of customers, processing orders and generating quotes. Your role involves responding to customer inquiries and requests promptly, always prioritizing their needs.
With your attention to detail, you will ensure that all necessary information for production is accurately captured. You will also serve as the liaison for any customer concerns or production-related issues. Each job is unique, providing you with variety and the opportunity to learn something new with every order. You will find fulfillment in resolving challenges and thriving in a dynamic environment.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service within a manufacturing or problem-solving context
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications, including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- Solid mathematical skills
