Role Overview:

The Production Operations Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with international suppliers on a daily basis.

This role involves organizing and managing all production purchase orders directed to overseas manufacturers, ensuring alignment with sales teams.

The coordinator will provide regular updates to management regarding any production-related challenges.

Additionally, the role includes addressing stock and customer inquiries with vendors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring incoming work-in-progress shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Collaborating closely with the compliance team to uphold quality standards.
  • Creating and updating work-in-progress tracking charts as necessary.
  • Reviewing purchase orders with manufacturing partners.
  • Following up on all incoming production requests with overseas suppliers.
  • Acting as a liaison between sales and production for special customer requests, including testing and packing specifications.
  • Ensuring all deliveries are executed on schedule.

Qualifications:

Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is advantageous.

Must possess exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.

Proficiency in Excel, PivotTables, and Microsoft Office is required.

The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Analytical skills with a solid foundation in mathematics are necessary.

A comprehensive understanding of product development and manufacturing processes is expected.
