This role supports the VP of Production in ensuring the smooth operation of the department. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to effectively coordinate the flow of information to the sales force and customer service.

* Troubleshoot shipping and delivery issues
* Coordinate shipments with agents and warehouses
* Monitor the flow of goods to ensure punctual delivery and cost effectiveness
Requirements:

* Exceptional interpersonal communication and organization skills
* Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
* Willing to take initiative and exercise strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy
Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 2-4 years' experience in a related field
Salary Range:
The pay range for this position is $60K-$65K, with additional benefits including health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and company benefits.
