Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Business Process Consultant specializing in Process Mining, you will deliver consultancy services both onsite and remotely, engaging in project engineering, assessments, and safeguarding services.

Your primary responsibilities will include:


Collaborating closely with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business scenarios, challenges, and processesUtilizing the Signavio Process Intelligence solution, applying process mining concepts and analytics techniques to identify opportunities for process enhancementLeading and designing customized process analysis initiatives to uncover insights into process behaviors and performance, pinpointing potential areas for improvementManaging customer engagements from the initial gathering of business requirements to the creation of process-specific event logs, data models, and analysesActively contributing to the team to foster the development and expertise of Signavio Process IntelligenceSharing best practices and resources with our internal and external communities


Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Over 3 years of relevant consulting experience
  • In-depth understanding of business processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Hire-to-Retire, leveraging Data Mining concepts
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), data extraction, analysis, and reporting
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, database technologies, ETL, and/or programming languages (Java, Python, R, etc.)
  • Familiarity with process mining tools (including Signavio, Fluxicon, Celonis, ARIS Process Performance Manager, QPR, etc.)
  • Expertise in process management concepts, BPMN 2.0 documentation, and BPM technology
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, presentation, and documentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and time management abilities
  • Capability to resolve complex issues
  • Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred
  • A commitment to continuous self-improvement and the ability to adapt quickly in a global environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer and internal engagements
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A high level of customer orientation
