Job Overview

The Logistics Compliance Administration Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence within the logistics sector. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional standards, outstanding communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing daily responsibilities. A strong capacity to lead and adhere to strict deadlines is essential for success in this dynamic position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate active schedules
  • Organize and confirm appointments
  • Maintain file organization in accordance with office standards
  • Provide on-demand support throughout the office as required
  • Execute administrative management tasks to support the National Capital Region's (NCR) Logistics Department.
  • Assist in daily operations by performing a diverse range of tasks to support the Director of Logistics, Acquisitions, and Facilities.
  • Create and sustain an automated tracking system to monitor the status of staff actions.
  • Ensure all staff actions are efficiently and promptly managed, controlled, coordinated, and finalized before submission to the Director of Logistics, Acquisitions, and Facilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in Biomedical Engineering PREFERRED
  • Military background Preferred
  • Logistics experience Preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, customer service, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Decision-making skills: The Logistics Compliance Administration Manager must make independent decisions daily regarding the most effective ways to handle specific responsibilities.
  • Collaboration and communication: Regular collaboration with other administrators, support staff, management, and clients is essential.
  • Organizational skills: The ability to prioritize and organize tasks is fundamental to the role. Understanding how to keep oneself and others organized is crucial.
  • Writing proficiency: Strong skills in spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, and writing are necessary, with proficiency in various styles ranging from creative to professional and technical.
